Really warm and helpful staff, and a peaceful, quiet place. I gave it a high rating mainly because of the staff.

Outdated and shabby.

Truly outdated. Extremely dirty carpets, outdated bathroom (not even with a shower curtain so everything goes wet), socks from previous guest were still in the room (he knocked the next morning to pick them up).
The window couldn’t be opened while the rooms don’t have air-conditioning and are ridiculously warm.
Yes, quite an a negative experience.
Only reason for not giving the lowest rating: the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was decent.

I liked the area. It was in a beautiful neighborhood and easily walkable to stores. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and room service. The property was a bit dated but clean and the staff were very friendly

I have no experience the hotel was full on our date. So I can't judge how it is in this hotel, restaurant about the location, the food sleeping the coziness. I know nothing else to report..as nonsense.or the cold weather in this period in Groningen.
