Not customer focused
Breakfast at bakery across the street, salvage table put down with chairs eant all occupied and service busy with kooo borrod. BREAKFAST: bowl of bread, few cups of nutella, and coffee/gravy. When asked for butter, jam and something savoury the answer was, unfortunately on!!! Reported to hotel and reaction, oh what a pain, we are going to answer so it doesn't happen again. So yes 35 euros gone because there is no mention of that...

Particularly poor hygiene
The suite itself is spacious, stylishly decorated with modern materials and has a nice bathroom with rain shower and a freestanding bathtub. The separate toilet is also a plus. The large windows provide plenty of light, although the blinds are not blackout. Personally, I didn't think that was a big problem.
Where it went completely wrong was the hygiene. The room was obviously not cleaned properly. There were hairs in the bed, on the toilet and in the shower. The sink drain was clogged so the water didn't drain away, and the soap dispenser in the shower was empty.
Unfortunately, it didn't stop there. The towels were full of stains and looked as if they hadn't been washed, if at all. Also the duvet was not clean. The absolute lowest point was a live woodlice in the bed. That is simply unacceptable.
Because there is no reception, I reported everything including photos via WhatsApp. As a solution I was allowed to look for clean towels in a closet at the entrance. A room change or a thorough cleaning would have been the only appropriate solution, but it was not offered.
As compensation I received €25. Although the gesture is appreciated, it is totally disproportionate.
