The location was great and room was clean. Additionally, the staff kindly spoke English, removing any potential language barrier. Looking forward to my next visit.

Disappointing

Long story short: the hotel charged me 70 euros for staying 1 night with my partner who stayed here 5 nights for work. In a room that was already paid for. Even though on the hotel website the rooms are sold only with a double occupancy price, and even though online portals as Booking.com show a price difference for single and double occupancy of around only 4 euros per night (for example, €155 vs €159 per night).
When I first heard the amount, I assumed it had to be a mistake by the receptionist because it simply could not be correct even though it included breakfast (€15) and per my request 1 sauna visit (€10).
When upon arrival I spoke to the manager/owner and explained that this very high additional charge made no sense because the room had already been sold, she told me that prices change every day and that this was “today’s rate” for a second person in the room. When I asked for clarification about the normal price difference between single and double occupancy, and pointed out that online the difference was usually only €4, she refused to give a clear answer and said that the company contract had been made a long time ago and that this was simply their current rate. I then told her that if they really intended to charge this excessive amount, I would file a complaint and leave a negative review. She considered that unsportsmanlike, but I disagree, because I complained directly and repeatedly on the spot about the high charge, which is completely out of proportion with the online prices and the quality of the room in my opinion. Not a good nor hospitable experience.

forest hotel or youth hostel

We paid 139 euros for a luxury room with breakfast and we found the value for money below par.
The hotel has a nice and quiet location but that's it.
The room we found anything but luxurious and does not look like the pictures. Many kit edges were dirty, curtain hung loose, hard mattresses, it's filthy and the room didn't smell good. Duvet shortage for tall people. A toilet that cannot be closed with a decent door (but a sliding door that can either be pushed for the shower or for the toilet. The walls are full of bushes and stains.
And we really don't think linoleum in a hotel room fits. Neither do cardboard cups in the bathroom, by the way.
In short, lived out and more basic than luxury.
We thought the hotel was more like a youth hotel. A reception desk in a bare hall, occupancy until 17 hours. Stairwell is reminiscent of a nursing home.
Breakfast is reasonable but nowhere signs with the products. Of course it can be asked but what trouble is that to put a sign next to it. The waitress takes the sandwiches with her bare hands (bah) and there are no serving tongs near the sandwiches and croissants.
The sandwiches are ok.
Little attention to detail. Some Christmas trees have their lights on, others don't. Tea lights are not lit

Not recommended Boshotel.

Four star unworthy during 3 days stay package.
Drain chamber clogged, chair back broken, hanging loose from it.
Despite pre-notified dietary requirements, normal dinner is served. There also additional payment while incl. dinner was promised.
Beds with a very soft mattress, a sunbed.
Nice surroundings though. Too bad the hotel was nothing.
