Excellent price quality

For a competitive price we got a neat room, friendly staff, access to sauna and swimming pool and a good breakfast, the location is practical for both Schiermonnikoog and the Pieterpad and parking goes smoothly, we are happy with so much value in one stay.

No rooms for us at arrival.
We where them checked in at a holidayhouse, witch we 2 couples didn’t expect. We wanted a room for us selves, as we also had booked.

Quiet hotel, little outdated

Very small village, hotel is well located for walks or visit Schiermonnikoog. There is a cafeteria, and a restaurant. The restaurant doesn't have a lot of choice but the food is delicious and the service good.
Hotel feels a bit like faded glory. Staff are friendly and helpful. In the summer it's probably fun for children, with the playground next to the restaurant.
The wellness is small but neat and renewed. No soap or scrub salt is provided.
Breakfast consists of a rich buffet, tasty and fresh. Always being replenished.
The room where we slept was outdated, especially the bathroom needed an update. Toilet next to bath. Bath with shower curtain. Dispenser with soap. The beds were well and neatly made. Coffee and tea in the room.
Our room was above cafeteria so during the daily pop quiz some noise but then slept quietly and well. Room can be well darkened by velux curtain.
Good for just sleeping, not staying in the room in between.

Very comfortable, the staff were friendly and accomodating. The area is peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was very good as well.

We stayed here before starting our hike on The Pieterpad, as it is right across the street. The room was sparse, but clean. The lighting was extremely dim - I could not read my book! The bedside lamps had yellow bulbs in them, and the ceiling fixture was also dim. The food in the adjoining cafe was good, and breakfast had everything we wanted.
