Nice and skilled staff

As usual at Fletcher Rotterdam, good service and help. We also had reserved for 2 nights in two ways.
This was handled and resolved satisfactorily.

Prima-de-lux Fletcher Rotterdam Airport

I read some negative recents after I booked this hotel, however.....a fine and clean hotel, well served by public transport and friendly service. Breakfast was at the Fletcher across the street and gets a big 10 from us! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing but praise.

Hotel for migrant workers

Hotel in itself fine was only a confrontation that a huge amount of migrant workers are staying in the hotel and can therefore use a meal there while the normal guests are referred to the Fletcher hotel across the road.
Have nothing against migrant workers or asylum seekers but would have liked to know in advance that this hotel is used for these target groups.

Horrible experience! Fortunately it was for one night

Hotel at the airport exit, small rooms, bedding not great, the child's bed is just horrible! No comfort! No fridge, no coffee maker or kettle in the room, truly minimalist!
Paid parking €25/night
No restaurant in the evening, arrived at 10 p.m. everything was closed, no restaurants open nearby, you have to travel km to find a disgusting kebab pizzeria!
The only positive point is the breakfast!
I obviously do not recommend it,

Refugees hostel?

Upon arrival there was no staff at the front desk while the lobby was filled with groups of single man from eastern Europe, Syria and North Africa. Possibly refugees? The smell of buffet food did contribute to a very comfortable atmosphere. Certainly not for a woman travelling alone. After 5 minutes staff arrived. Checkin took a whopping 5 minutes. No closeted or anything in the worn out hotel room. The airco filled the room with the food smell from the lobby. At the end I paid 150 euros for a backpacker hostel experience! Will definitely go for a normal hotel next time.
