Great stay, very friendly staff
Had a pleasant 4 night stay in this hotel during the recent heatwave. The outside temperature was 37C on one of the days I was there. Fortunately the room had very good AC!
The hotel is in a good location, only a short easy walk from the main station if arriving by train. Also lots of nice restaurants and bars within easy distance of the hotel.
The room was kept clean. I didn’t need to have much interaction with the staff, but when I did they were always very friendly and helpful.
I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in Rotterdam.
The hotel is in a good location, only a short easy walk from the main station if arriving by train. Also lots of nice restaurants and bars within easy distance of the hotel.

The room was clean and service was good mainly. The room was quite small and the window looked out onto a multistory carpark. The bathroom was very small with nowhere to hang clothes.The soap dispenser was almost empty when we arrived and was not refilled

A good stay in a well located hotel.
This was a well located hotel, within walking distance of metro and tram stops. It is within walking distance of a number of the tourist attractions in the city, including the Maritime Museum and a selection of restaurants at Market Hall.
The hotel room was good for the price paid.
There was a good choice on the breakfast spread. There was no wait for a table on the three mornings I had breakfast in the hotel. Bar prices were reasonable. Any member of staff I interacted with during my stay was pleasant and helpful. Staff speak proficient English. The wifi was effective. The room was clean on arrival.
Luggage storage was not complimentary for guests. If you wish you leave bags for a few hours on check out, this can be done via payable lockers. This had been complimentary at any accor group hotel that I had stayed at in the past.

Good package, great location
We stayed at the Ibis Rotterdam City Centre for one night, in two neighbouring rooms that were more than adequate for a family of four. The rooms are stylish, well maintained, with good beds and nice views of the canal in front of the hotel. The bathrooms are the standard Ibis "cabin type", but the walls and floor are covered in tiles, so they dont feel "plastic", like they do
in some other Ibis hotels. The hotel does not provide some of the "standard" amenities of many hotels e.g. coffee making facilities in the room, a box of tissues in the bathroom, free luggage storage (they have paid lockers at 2-3 eur per hour). Nonetheless, you get a reasonably priced stay, of a very good standard in the centre of Rotterdam. Location-wise you cant ask for a better spot in tne city. The hotel is in the middle of picturesque canals, opposite a supermarket, and less than a five minute walk to major city attractions and metro/tram stations. Overall, the Ibis Rotterdam City Centre is a highly recommended choice.
