We had an overnight stay. The hotel was well located for cruise ship port. Also short walk over the bridge to shopping. Tram stop on the corner, easy to catch train & tram to or from airport.
Nice breakfast, and a good food hall next door.

Do not, I repeat, do not let them put you in a room over the food court on the first floor. The loud bass vibration starts at noon and goes non stop until almost midnight. It’s terrible. They assured me at the front desk it would be turned down at 10 pm. Still pounding at 11:45 pm. I asked to be moved but the hotel was full.

Amazing stay

The pillows and mattress and the most comfortable I've ever found. Had to take pictures. I have never slept better than in this bed. Love the style of the hotel, very very nice. Nice location too. Right near the water and not to far from town. Deffinatly come back.

Beautiful Place

beautiful place. Very kind staff and magnificent room. Absolutely recommended. Very strategic place if you want to visit Rotterdam, everything very modern and equipped with everything you need. Tram and Metro just a few minutes walk away.

Would stay again

Positives
Great location: though not right in the very centre of all the tourist spots, a very easy walk or tram ride over the Erasmus bridge. Plus, it is near to the Fenix Food Factory, which we loved.
Friendly staff
Good amenities in the room: powerful shower, handy mini fridge for any purchases (small Albert Heijn supermarket right by the hotel)
Aspects we didn’t like so much
We could hear everything from the corridor
