Adrian at the desk was friendly, efficient, professional and very knowledgeable. He was super helpful.
All other staff were very good but Adrian was one who really stood out with his superb customer service skills.
Room could have done with coffee and milk instead of just green tea. There was an urn of coffee downstairs to help ourselves but it would have been useful in the room.
Air con wasn’t working but there was a fan which was useful.
Superb location. Walking distance to train station and Rotterdam Central.

Awful - Charged £2 Euros for ice

Terrible - Terrible - New company taken over the kitchen - Vegan breakfast awful - charged £2 Euros for ice from the kitchen, rooms do not have any fridges.
Stayed several times to see the Carnival before take over- will not stay there again.
Will not recommend.

Filthy.

You can see it when you get to the hotel, unwashed dirty windows. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room itself dated and very dirty, with mold in the shower and dirty stains on the sheets, there were even hairs from a previous guest.
Mattress had also had its best time, had a dent or crease in it so it was not comfortable. Also very noisy you hear everything from the rooms around you, really everything. We planned to have breakfast there too but given the filth we found in the hotel room we thought it would be better not to do this. In other words, don't.

I wouldn't rush back. Room was very hot, there was rubbish in the corridors, definitely needs maintenance. Receptionist are helpful

The room was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. The hotel itself could use some TLC
