Very good experience
A friendly reception, we were there at 3:00 PM but since the room was already ready, we received the key. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious + very good beds and enough pillows. On Saturday evening we took the chef's menu in the restaurant and we were very satisfied, there is nothing to complain about regarding breakfast either. We are coming

Beste Lucie, wat fijn om te lezen dat jullie zo’n goede ervaring hebben gehad! Leuk dat de kamer al voor 15.00 uur klaar was en dat jullie daardoor meteen konden inchecken. En als de kamer, badkamer en bedden goed bevallen, dan begint het verblijf natuurlijk al goed. Ook heel fijn om te horen dat het Menu de Chef op zaterdagavond zo in de smaak is gevallen en dat ook het ontbijt helemaal naar wens was. We geven de complimenten graag door aan onze collega’s in het restaurant en de keuken. Dank je wel voor de mooie woorden. En vooral leuk om te lezen dat jullie zeker nog eens terugkomen. Not recommended!
The two floors above our room were renovated, which is not mentioned anywhere and which cannot be found anywhere;
All day long, a loud drill right above our room.
Our dog turned out to be welcome nowhere, except in the room (with a lot of noise from drilling...) and on the terrace (but not possible above 30 degrees).
And the 'On us with exclusive extras and discounts', for which you have to sign up with books, turns out to be a sham.
Breakfast is good, but nothing special for €23 pp
No instructions present and it doesn't work.
The reservation system on their own site makes mistakes and attractive rates disappear before your eyes, and if you inquire at the head office, you only get an offer to cancel your booking for free.
If I had known about the noise pollution and dog policy beforehand, I would have certainly done that.
The staff is friendly and their resturant is okay.
Overall: never again!

Beste Marlies, jammer om te lezen dat je verblijf uiteindelijk zo negatief is ervaren. We hebben hierover inmiddels uitgebreid contact gehad en je opmerkingen en geluidsopnames zorgvuldig bekeken.
We begrijpen dat de werkzaamheden en het geluid voor jou vervelend zijn geweest. Bij de receptie wordt hierover bij aankomst informatie verstrekt en in het hotel zijn hiervoor ook flyers en duidelijke banners aanwezig. Tijdens je verblijf heb je hiervan geen melding gemaakt bij de receptie, waardoor we helaas niet de mogelijkheid hebben gehad om op dat moment met je mee te denken over een oplossing. Ook van het probleem met de kluis hebben we op dat moment niets vernomen. We hadden je hier natuurlijk graag direct bij geholpen en samen gekeken naar een oplossing. De genoemde klachten hebben we pas na je verblijf per e-mail ontvangen, waardoor we helaas niet op het moment zelf konden bijsturen.
Ook willen we graag een paar punten verduidelijken. Je hond was in vrijwel het gehele hotel, zowel binnen als buiten, welkom. Alleen het restaurant, vanwege onze open keuken, en het zwembad zijn hiervan uitgezonderd. Voor het terras hadden we bovendien graag een schaduwrijke plek voor je hond kunnen creëren.
Daarnaast is ON-US volledig vrijwillig en niet verplicht. Naar aanleiding van je opmerkingen over de tarieven hebben we je destijds zelfs aangeboden om je reservering kosteloos te annuleren.
We vinden het oprecht jammer dat je ondanks ons uitgebreide contact en de mogelijkheden die er waren om mee te denken, met zo’n negatieve indruk bent vertrokken. We waarderen je positieve woorden over ons personeel en restaurant en nemen je feedback uiteraard mee. Team Carlton Oasis

Excellent hotel, beautifully decorated, very helpful staff, good outside terrace. Food and breakfast delicious- can’t fault any of it. Bedrooms spacious and well appointed. Highly recommend

Pleasant stay in Carlton Oasis, Rotterdam
The hotel Room was 10/10 , really comfortable and spacious and food in the restaurant was very nice also. The Manager Natalie is a lovely lady who is very approachable and stopped to answer my questions. I also told her she had great staff members , in particular dayshift Joni
And nightshift Laura. These 2 ladies are very helpful and really pleasant.
