Gladly again

I cannot understand the negative reviews. The room was very large, as was the bathroom, and everything was impeccably clean. No mold, no dirt. Everything was available, starting from the hairdryer, etc. The beds are very good. We were warmly welcomed. And we were able to check into our room immediately. We also found a spot for the car. The breakfast was without complaint. So, we gladly come back.

Terrible, never again

Room very small, no room for luggage, sink in room, wardrobe
Dirty and stuffed with fans, no chair. Cardboard walls, so a lot of noise. Corridor smoke musty, doors with holes.
Restaurant was closed without notice, reception and bar toe at 7pm.
Not worth 3 stars.

Friendly welcome, good value for money, restaurant was not open

Friendly welcome and friendly staff. Great room for that price.
Reception is not open in the evening and restaurant was closed (we weren’t told and we did expect it to be open). Walked to a Fletcher Hotel nearby, but we couldn't go there without a reservation. We were on foot and didn't feel like walking all the way to the center. There is an Aldi within walking distance and bought meal salad there.

Bad

Very bad. No cook present to cook, at 20:00 everything close downstairs. No more coffee or tea in the room. Entrance not worth the sight either

Many words, but no deeds. Deliver nuet what is promised

Bad hotel.
New Year's Eve package was suddenly in hotel valkenburg and not in our hotel
4 course dinner was running buffet
No bubbles at breakfast.
Drama if you have to celebrate New Year's Eve in an empty hotel in the breakfast room, because you have been turned away from hotel valkenburg.
Drama and bad.
Especially avoid this hotel.
Don't do that.
Don't stay over.
