Central beautifully presented and equipped acommodation with wonderful hosts

Excellent central location, within walking distance of the main centre. The rooms are beautifully presented and are extremely well equipped, including toiletries and bathrobes. Very clean and tidy. The hosts, Vic, Eddie, and Kent, are superb and very welcoming. They even go the extra mile and put on lights and heating in the room so it is warm when you arrive, which is appreciated in the winter months. I stay here regularly, and it feels like a home away from home, important when you travel regularly for work. I am made to feel like a valued guest every time and I thoroughly recommend staying here

The room lovely was lovely and clean, comfy bed and modern. However, the room was quite dark and we could hear the students next door through the bathroom vent. The party music went past 12am and was so loud!

This is a wonderful home away from home, if you need to be in Dunedin for work, or hospital visit. Bus is outside door. Restaurant adjoins the property. Clean and comfortable bed! Would definitely stay again.

A very easy walk into the centre city and safe to walk at night too. Despite being on a main thoroughfare, there was no audible road noise. This is probably the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed at. Ive stayed before and will continue to come back, hopefully in a couple of months when all the azaleas and rhododendrons are flowering in the central courtyard.

Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here.
