Very well stocked kitchen, my room was clean and comfortable. Very helpful and pleasant staff.

The only good thing about this place is that the rooms were clean. Everything else was terrible.
There was no water in the kitchen for 3/4 days and the staff did not tell us on check in. The kitchen was dirty as no one could do dishes or wipe down the benches. When I asked the staff tab out the water, they were rude and unapologetic, did not attempt to explain the situation.
There were no parties but guest staying up late till 2am chatting on the deck so was noisy. The bunk beds are not sturdy, every time someone turn, the whole bunk moves and makes a noise as well.
The staff wanted to keep our credit cards on a piece of paper behind the counter on arrival. I tried to explained that it was inappropriate and they got the number of their computer and wrote my credit card details on the piece of paper.

I had a great private room that was away from the noisy backpacker dorms, and clean and well maintained. The common spaces are fine, and the location is superb. I would definitely stay there again.

Poor management, would not recommend.

Booking cancelled before stay. Due to erroneous card details with Booking.com. We corrected this, and contacted the accommodation directly requesting they contact us directly if there issues. They chose to cancell without getting in contact 5hrs later. We contacted the accommodation directly they were confrontational and would not accept any responsibility. Poor performance, I would not recommend at all.
