One really felt we stayed in a historic building with no discomfort at all!

A real experience to stay here in this historic building so well renovated for the comfort of the guests. Everything you need including a lift that you have to obey its directions or it will refuse to go! Sun poured in through the large double glazed windows but there were excellent blinds to darken the apartment at night. I could have cooked a five star meal in this kitchen but we decided to go to a nearby pub. Bed was huge with the right amount of bedding on it - not too heavy or tucked in so tightly you needed to have gym created muscles to loosen it out!

Absolutely exceptional

I honestly can't say enough about this accommodation gem. The location is perfect, the apartment was immaculately clean, the decor and general New York loft vibe was awesome and the amenities great. There were lots of little touches that added to the experience; toast, popcorn, muesli, coffee and tea are all there for you. There is a wonderful bath with bathsalts, if you want them. Perfect to climb into after a long day. I have stayerd here twice and have already booked my third stay.

The charm of the old combined with modern comfort

Very well-equipped apartment in an old building, full of charm. The walls are made of red brick, the ceilings are high with exposed beams.
Very well located, in the heart of Dunedin.

Don't Miss Out! This is a fabulous place to stay!

The apartment we had at the Terminus was incredible. It was spacious, had all the amenities you could want, plus the kitchen was very well supplied. It had wonderful high ceilings and cool brick walls, and an amazing historical feel. It was very central and close to the town centre, plus the railway station.

Superb.

Great. Everything was straightforward, with easy-to-follow instructions for access to the apartment, which is impressive; we all fell in love with it immediately. We had two bedrooms with king-size beds, which were very comfortable. The large open-plan living area was stunning and very comfortable.
It was spotlessly clean with everything you needed. Would stay there again and recommend.
