I recommend

Stay in Celias suite for about 5 days and I couldn't get the category of room I wanted because it was fully booked. I stayed in a room lower than what I wanted and I didn't regret it of course. I was so happy I didn't have to spend more for a more expensive room cos the one I stayed was just perfect.
The only issue I had was that the bathroom was leaking. We complained but in their defence, they couldn't fix it ASAP cos it was more of like a structural issue.
On the overall, I would recommend.

Nice Stay at Celia's Suite

If you are looking for a hotel in Abeokuta that is not cheap and not too expensive and would still give you quality treatment for your money, Celia’s Suites is the place.
I feel this hotel does not get the credit it deserves. I came to Abeokuta for the Christmas holiday, and prior to coming, I had checked the online reviews for various hotels. I saw a couple of negative and good reviews about Celia’s Suites, but I focused more on the negative because the negative comments sounded so convincing. Therefore, I ruled out the hotel as one of the possible hotels to stay. I looked for other hotels in the neighbourhood where I could stay. After going up and down for hours, a friend of mine who lives in Abeokuta convinced me to stay at the hotel. When I got in, I was shocked at what I had experienced compared to the online reviews.
• The hotel is situated in a serene environment, far away from the hustling and
bustling of the city
• The environment and rooms are neat and classy
• 24-hour electricity
• Free WiFi
• Complimentary car wash was offered every morning throughout your stay
• Very polite and professional staff, including the security officers – they would
help you to carry your load from the car to your room
• They also have a gym facility
• Complimentary breakfast for one person
• From what I saw, the hotel's management is particular about maintaining the
hotel’s aesthetics.
Their meal is 7k per plate, which was a little too expensive for my pocket, but I feel it's still fair in terms of what is happening in the economy. There are eateries not too far from the hotel where you can get cheaper meals.
The place is not perfect, as there is always room for improvement, but overall, I would recommend this hotel to those who want a bit of class at an affordable price.

Comfortable & Clean!

Very nice hotel in a very good location and secure. Stayed there for 4 nights with family members. Check in was smooth and the room I stayed in was big, spacious with very comfortable beds. The bathroom was big and clean with a powerful shower. Breakfast was good (only 3 choices) however they seemed to run out of certain items and once one dish was finished, they only offered you whatever was left and wouldn’t go and prepare more even though about 7 of us wanted the same breakfast that morning. The front desk staff were friendly and professional but the Breakfast lady who took our orders and served us had an attitude and was quite rude on some occasions. She clearly needs training on how to deal with guests. I still recommend this hotel though.

Terrible Management and ownership.

Disgruntled employees who are trying their best with all but little they have to work with. Terrible management and ownership. This place is not recommended for discerning travelers. Room was infested with insects and rodents. Dirty rusty colored water running out of taps. Fights breaking out between staff members and guests in the wee hours of the morning. Cleaners entering your room while you are not around and with strict instructions not to disturb. Just not a pleasant experience.

Cool and Nice location

Nice room and good customer service. They don’t have most of the items on their menu so it’s better to move down to eatery nearby as it’s located at the central of the city. It’s a very nice place to chill with their A.C that makes me to feel as if I’m in Alaska.
