Coolest business meetings ever

Starview Palace Hotel is one of the latest and most likely the largest hotels at Gwarinpa Estate Abuja.
I have watched this great edifice spring up from foundation till finishing touches.
It is located in a well secured environment inside Setraco Gwarinpa Estate Abuja.
I had always enjoyed my brainstorm sessions with friends and colleagues while relaxing by their pool side.

Terrible place and terrible service

Terrible hotel. Very dirty place. Sheets are stained with only God know what. When I arrived I thought it was a clean hotel. Paid for two nights. Only to realize how dirty it was. Rooms smelling. Amenities filled with mold. Mosquito infestation. Even the curtains are stained. Sheets stained. Bathroom horrible and smelling. We tried to change the room. We viewed three other rooms and they were worse than each other. The bathroom smells. You will stand in your bath water while bathing. I had to cancel the next night for which I was promised a refund and the took my details. They never made the refund so it suffice to say they are also cheats. Be very weary of this hotel.

When I arrived at the the hotel and presented them with my confirmation number and email from hotels.com they did nit honor the reservations stating that they do not accept reservations and that I would have to get refunded through hotels . Com and pay them additional cash to stay. I was very disappointed as i had already booked and paid for my stay online. After dealing with front desk for an hour they finally brought management who said he would then resolve the issue, that’s when he said to me I should get refunded through hotels.com and pay them the cash and I will be able to stay there. I did not pay them anything else, instead I went and stayed at another hotel. Do Not Book with these people

Overall, it was a comfortable stay. We were here for our hineymoon, and I do wish it could have gone a bit smoother. There was confusion about my reservation at check-in. Though it was sorted out, not the kind of stress you want to deal with on your wedding night. "Free breakfast" varied. They were not consistent with what was free or not. Finally they decided it would only be free for 1 person and we would have to pay for the other. Supposedly you had to have an upgraded room for the other person to eat. Again, not fun to deal with on your honeymoon, but whatever. The location is also not the closest to the most frequented spots, but it was a relatively calm and quiet area. They keep the place clean and overall things looked updated. I just wish that for what we were paying and for the purpose of our trip, service and professionalism would have been better.

Nieuw hotel met zakelijke faciliteiten

Nieuw hotel gesitueerd aan de rand van Abuja. Kamers hebben gratis wifi en er zijn zakelijke faciliteiten en voorzieningen voor meetings. Management en personeel zijn buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een poolbar met buiten zwembad en restaurant. Security is ook goed geregeld. Eigen parkeerterrein aanwezig binnen de gate.
Iedere dag houskeeping.
