My first night the room was not cleaned. I kept seeing stains in the bathroom and insects flying around. The amenities in the bathroom look old as well, like there was no proper maintenance. The iron rod nearly struck my head when it fell as I was attempting to hang my towel.
Day 2 they got it cleaned and sprayed insecticide, but I realized that the teacup was leaking. I've never seen a tea cup leak before! Night 3, I had to step out of the room to have it sprayed again because the mosquitoes were a lot, and by morning, rain fell and the bathroom became flooded. I hadn't even taken my bath, but the whole place was flooded and smelling. The bum washer had fallen off the wall on the second day because it was shaking the very night I checked in.
The staff are good but can be better. It was such a terrible experience because I expected better for $86 per night!

UNSCRUPULOUS MANAGEMENT! BEWARE!

BEWARE! Unscrupulous management! I checked out a week before scheduled date, giving ample notice as required. Met hotel manager (tall dark slim man)who assured me I could pick up my refund after the holidays. I tried endlessly to collect the refund to no avail! When I returned to the UK, the front desk were rejecting my calls, and would answer whenever I call with alternative no! It questions guests' safety if the management is dubious!! Even lied that the phony accountant had debited my Nigerian account! Management was happy to received full payment made well in advance! Pls be careful out there! Rogues!

Typical Nigerian hotel by Indian standard

The place is old, that’s why they started to renovate the place without noticing there customers.
Crew of hotel is lazy and don’t care at all, they more busy watching TV than helping the customers, the place is dirty, full of dust because there is no managing supervision.
The Indian manager even doesn’t speak to the customers, he don’t care about your stay.
The only positive is the restaurant food, it’s tasty, but I would not like to see the kitchen.
