The staff refused to accept my Expedia booking. I was kept waiting for over an hour until I had to pay for a direct counter reservation.
I need my Expedia money/points refunded.

The hotel kept me waiting for hours. They did not honor/recognize my Expedia booking. I got stranded and had to pay directly from my pocket at the counter.

There was absolutely nothing that I liked; I could not wait to leave and would not even recommend it to my worst enemy.
