I lived in this hotel for 4 months. After washing, I found my blouse torn. The manager asked me how they can fix this situation. I called the cost of blouses $ 50. The manager replied that they could only pay $ 20. It's shame! Such a disgusting attitude to the guest who paid for the hotel 4 months, as well as additional washing, kitchen and bar services. I planned to go back to Taskana's Villa on my next trip. But, I think these guys are not able to negotiate.

Worse hotel ever! No rooms available, refuse to give refunds, manager lies, and staff is incompetent. I booked this hotel through Expedia only to arrive and learn there were no rooms and the hotel refuses to refund me. Stay away from this hell whole!

Hadde et forferdelig opphold på hotellet. Bestilte overnatting samme dag som vi skulle overnatte. Da vi kom, hadde de ikke det rommet vi hadde bestilt, så vi ble nedgradert. Første rommet vi fikk var i første etasje med mye bråk og et ikke fungerende vindu på badet, så det var mange insekter. Vi klaget og fikk er nytt rom. Der fikk vi først bare ett håndkle selv om vi var tre. Jeg ba om flere håndklær, men fikk bare ett til. Air condition virket ikke. Vi klaget og det kom en som skulle fikse det. Det hjalp heller ikke. Vi fikk enda et nytt rom som vi sov i. Heller ikke her var air condition god. Toalettet på badet var løst fra gulvet, så da vi satt på det, tippet det fremover. På badet luktet det sånn røyk at jeg trodde det var noen på badet som røykte. Selv om frokost for tre var inkludert i min bestilling, fikk vi bare frokost til en. Det var visst prosedyren på hotellet at hvert rom fikk en gratis frokost hver. Jeg spurte i hvilket univers det var logisk at bare en av tre skulle få frokost, men det var sånn det var. Vi hadde bestilt en flaske vann som vi fikk på rommet. Min mann drakk fra denne. Etter en liten stund banket det på og det var room service som hadde gitt oss feil størrelse og ba oss betale ekstra. Jeg poengterte at det var deres feil at de ga oss feil størrelse, men de ga seg ikke på det. Vi ba flere ganger om å få snakke med manageren av hotellet, men fikk beskjed om at hun ikke var tilstede. Da vi endelig fikk snakket med henne, hadde ingen gitt beskjed.
