This Hotel will issues one towel to a couple even though the reservation clearly states that the "No. of Guest 2"

My wife and I stayed in one of the Executive Suites on the 3rd floor for two nights, from 3 to 5 August 2026. Unfortunately, what should have been an enjoyable stay quickly turned into a very disappointing experience.
The problems started immediately after check-in. The vent in the guest toilet located in the living room was defective, causing a persistent and unpleasant smell that left the entire living room with a foul odour. We requested to be moved to another suite. After several hours, we were shown a supposedly alternative suite on the 2nd floor, which was in an even worse condition, so we reluctantly decided to remain in our original suite.
We then discovered that there was only one bath towel provided for two guests. When we requested an additional towel, the front desk told us that a booking was entitled to only one towel, regardless of the number of occupants. We asked to speak with the manager, who came to see us but simply confirmed the same position.
The problems continued. While my wife was showering, I noticed a pool of water in the bedroom. The bathroom floor was uneven, causing water to flow underneath the bathroom door and into the living room. When we reported this, rather than offering a solution, we were simply told to dry the water ourselves whenever we showered.
The following morning, we encountered another issue at breakfast. My wife was refused breakfast on the basis of the hotel's “one breakfast per booking” policy. I explained that I had booked the suite for two guests and had entered “2 guests” when making the reservation, with the corresponding increased booking cost. However, the hotel manager insisted that we would still have to pay separately for breakfast for the second guest. We therefore decided not to have breakfast at the hotel and went to a nearby hotel instead, where the service and breakfast were excellent.
Overall, our two-night stay was extremely disappointing. We experienced a defective toilet vent and foul odours, inadequate provision of towels, bathroom water flowing into the living room, and a dispute over breakfast for the second guest despite the booking being made for two people.
We lost two breakfasts during our two-night stay and, more importantly, spent our entire stay dealing with issues that should never have occurred in the first place.
We will not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

Upgrade your gym facility

As a gym member, we’re paying for an experience, not just access to equipment. For over a month now, we’ve complained about the music system in the aerobics section, and nothing has changed. We’ve also raised concerns about the air conditioning in that area, but there has been little to no improvement.
These may seem like small issues, but they make a huge difference during workouts. A comfortable environment and good music are part of what we’re paying for.
Constructive feedback shouldn’t be ignored. Listening to members and acting on their concerns is one of the best ways to keep customers happy.

not recommendable for longer stay.

I stayed more than 10 days in this hotel and i can only recommend this hotel for 1 or 2 nights stay. not good hotel for long time stay. some of the staff behaves like the services they offer is free of charge. no good communication. suddenly increased of prices which made me pay more than 30.000 extra all in the name of vat which wasn't so in other hotels i luged in lagos. the price of meals was always different from what is written in menu. I won't write much, but please the standard of this hotel doesn't worth the price. seeing Crockroaches in hotel room wasn't expected at all. and please the receptionist can do better, some of them are very arrogant like hanging up call on me before I even finish what i called for

Terrible place, dirty rooms, dirty sheets, molds in rooms, dusty rooms, old sheet and towels, the hotel need total renovations

The bath tub is exposed, no shower curtain. As a result of the exposure, when you take a shower, there’s water all over bathroom floor even leading to the living space. Not a good condition
