Your hotel

"I believe that the hotel's star rating unfortunately does not match the quality of service it offers." During our stay, we encountered many situations that did not meet our expectations. Room cleaning, overall service quality, and staff attitude were inadequate. The broken shower and the insufficient and poor quality towels negatively affected our comfort.
Despite booking a half-board stay, we were unhappy that the hotel pool was chargeable and that we had to bring our own drinks when using the outdoor areas. The problems we faced were not addressed with an adequate and solution-oriented approach.
I believe hotel management should prioritize guest satisfaction and improve service quality and communication skills.

An Accommodation I Was Not Satisfied With

Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service I expected at the Mizo Hotel where I stayed in Macedonia. The attitude of the staff, especially in the restaurant area, was very rude, indifferent, and disturbing to the guest. Even the most basic services we requested were provided reluctantly and with sullen faces. No matter how good the location is, the poor service overshadowed all the positive aspects and made us very unhappy. I recommend that the hotel management and those planning to stay at this hotel seriously consider this feedback. For your information.

Mizo Hotel tragedy

I have never encountered such a problematic establishment in any country. The staff are incredibly disrespectful; they even covet the food you're eating. As for the food, they only have eggs and various other things for breakfast, and meat, fish, and chicken for dinner. The cleanliness is poor, and their attitude towards women is disrespectful; they yell at you, saying you can't get coffee. After 9 pm, they act as if going outside is forbidden. If you eat or drink there, you're allowed to sit, but if you don't, they turn off the lights. I absolutely do not recommend this place if you go to Macedonia. Such rudeness is unacceptable. And they gave it 4 stars, which I think is a lie; they probably added it themselves later. Shame on them. Don't go there!

The further away, the better.

The worst accommodation I've ever stayed in. There are no activities at the hotel. The hotel closes at 23:00. Restaurant and diner staff are behaving in a rude and loud manner. I will absolutely never go near this hotel again. Customers need to make an effort to avoid causing problems. A misfortune built in this beautiful natural setting.

Hotel in need of renovation, but has a nice view on the terrace.

The hotel consists of a main building and many small houses with rooms. We were in the main building with views of a parking lot.
The room itself was large with 3 adult beds and a baby bed, a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table, a long desk with a chair, a fridge, a closet and some shelf space.
Small bathroom m.shower. the water only lunkent, as we were probably the last on the string.
Air conditioning and TV.
Not very good internet.
Boring buffet breakfast and dinner buffet.
The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city and really needs to be renovated.
Few staff understand English.
Here is very loud!!!
The most positive is the view from the terrace.
Since we are a travel company, we have not had any influence on the choice of this hotel.
