Disappointing

The room did not have proper air conditioning although it was stated in the ad, if the hotel writes air conditioning in the ad we expect to get a temperature lower than 26 degrees in the room with all the doors and windows closed and the curtains closed. We paid extra to stay at this hotel specifically to get air conditioning. We could as well stay in a hotel that costs 500kr less per night. We received no compensation or support, but got a scratched table fan.
There was garbage left from previous guests in the room when we checked in. This was also not removed during our stay even though we had cleaning several times during our stay.
Safe does not work when we were to lock our things in, when we called to give notice in the evening, we agreed that they should fix it at 9 a.m. (Which was totally okay for our part)They never came and fixed our safe that day, even after I again asked about and get fixed the safe. This was done the next day.
I expect better from one hotel for 2000 kr per night. I think it's all too bad that things don't work and that feedback I get from those in the reception, when I give notice of hot rooms is that I can't expect air conditioning as abroad/south.

Very good hotel

Great staff and service. Good breakfast with wonderful rooftop terrace. Nice training room, cozy environment, proximity to everything. Good with two elevators.

Nicely located

Standard room is big enough. A bit warm due to malfunctioning airconditioning and window at the street, do a bit warm
