Great Location, Breakfast, and Room

Enjoyed this hotel. The location is super convenient to everything and very walkable to main points of interests and restaurants. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant had an amazing breakfast spread with hot foods, crispy bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, freshly baked bread loaves, fish, chia seed puddings, yogurt, jams, granola, oatmeal, omelets, juices. The gym was a little small and warm but had all the essentials. Would definitely stay here again.

A fairly modern hotel for Bergen with useful amenities such as fine dinning restaurant, 24/7 flower shop, spa and free umbrellas. In room, night lights, small sitting room, coffee machine, and mini bar (however, no fridge).
Long time range and good breakfast selection even though the tables do not get clean as fast as the food is taken away closing towards the end of the breakfast window. Nested conveniently in the city center of Bergen with front exit towards Domkirke and back exit towards lively Skostredet. If you are worried about the noise, do not fret, rooms are very well isolated and the air conditioning is good. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the cleanliness and the maintenance of the hotel as we found some hair in the shower cabinet, as well as experienced a broken ceiling panel. Mind there is no parking option nearby if you are coming with a car.
Overall, I would give hotel locally 4*, internationally 3*
I would come back for a slightly lesser price - I do not see price performance at the moment.

Excellent hotel, centrally located near the main sights, shops and restaurants. Our room and bathroom was a bit on the compact side but clean, bright and comfortable. Breakfast was really nice. We did not use the spa, perhaps next time.

Front desk sent us to wrong elevators. Keys malfunctioned multiple times. Bathrooms were extremely small with no place to set a toothbrush and hairbrush down let alone an over night bag. Told no before we even finished our sentence asking for a late check out

An exceptional luxury experience from start to finish. The hotel truly exceeded expectations, and the breakfast was in a league of its own, absolutely outstanding.
The only small improvement would be to have an iron available in the room. Other than that, everything was exceptional. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay.
