Good choice

We found it by chance and when we arrived the reception was closed. But a lady helped us and we found a place. While there was too much people, the toilets and showers were very clean. He was on the road, but the night was no noise at all.

Poor service and not worth the money

Not as expected if the cost. The apartment looked better in the photos.
Was there one night and chose an apartment to prepare food. The next morning when we were to make breakfast it turned out that the cooktop did not work. Gave notice in the reception, was told to use the common kitchen. Okay enough, but no compensation, despite the fact that we had chosen a more expensive option initially and it now did not work. Experienced poor service. We packed most of it ready and went to the common kitchen to eat. When we returned to the apartment after having gone to make us breakfast, the laundry assistant was already there, although we had not checked out yet.

Clean but not practical with small children.

Very nice surroundings. Clean, but tight sanitary facilities. Disappointing that it was not possible to find care facilities for young children when the place is advertised as "family friendly". It was so tight on the sanitation facility that it was difficult to bring a 1-year-old into it. The playground was tired and little to do there for young children. Was one of these longer up at "high and low".

Familiar, engaged and clean.

We stayed for one night in an apartment for four persons. Very nice apartment, clean and functional. Nice surroundings and professional staff. Professional architecture as an unexpected bonus. Family run, long term engagement and overall impressive.

They don't seem to know what is already booked and what is still available

I booked and pre-paid one of their three pods one month before my visit, selecting a specific pod during the booking procedure. When I arrived, I checked in at the reception and was informed that the specific pod I had booked was ready for me and that all was pre-paid. I went to my chosen pod, only to discover that someone had already moved in there. That person said that they had called the reception about 30 minutes before they arrived and had been checked into the pod I had booked a month in advance. The person spoke good English and we had no problems communicating, so I don't know if there was some misunderstanding in the reception when they checked in, or if the reception were clueless about what pods were prebooked and what was available for drop in guests. I was offered the last available pod and decided to move into that one instead, since the person in "my" pod had made themselves quite comfortable with tons of stuff in that pod. I can't help but wonder how they would have dealt with this issue if all three pods had been occupied. The people we spoke to in the reception seemed a little unsure about how they should handle and solve this problem.
The camp site itself is really cute and charming and the view from the pods is beautiful. The bed in the pod was very comfortable and it's great that all bedding, towels and cleaning are included in the price. The beddings and the towels were all clean and I would come back here again if I'm ever in the area again. One thing I didn't expect though, was that the service facility with toilets and showers were downhill from the pods. On the map of the camp site, it looks like the pods are pretty much right next to the service facility, but in reality you need to either follow the road down to the service facility, or use a small path down a pretty steep hill to reach it.
All in all, this is a beautiful camp site and it is really cute and charming with all its little cabins. The pods are quaint and a great budget alternative and I would come back again. Unfortunately, the whole experience with someone else having been checked into the pod I had booked a month in advance and the awkwardness of the people in the reception when they were approached about this dampens my experience and I can't give them a better rating than this.
