The hotel is positioned conveniently in the center of Frederikstad. Friendly and professionel acting staff. Nice breakfast with multible selections of food, always fresh.
double bed rooms - smalest one - are very small. Lack of refrigerator in the room.
A minus is an ongoing reconstruction of the hotel, which will take place until end 2027 ? Caused by the reconstruction one cannot stay in the room during daytime working hours.

Ok Hotel

Nice service, good breakfast.
Some of the rooms have a completely ridiculous design.
The TV is placed in front of two uncomfortable chairs with a small table in between.
I will believe that most people who stay in hotels want to lie in bed and watch TV, not sit in an uncomfortable and sure dirty chair!
Furthermore, there was not a single piece on the walls to hang off clothes, nor a single place to store luggage.... There was also some garbage on the floor.
This pulls very down!

Good hotel with good breakfast

There were some mixed reviews of this hotel, but I was very happy with my stay for two nights. My room was excellent and it was great breakfast and nice staff.
Right now under renovation and there was little noise after 10.00. 8 a.m., but nothing bothered me. I will gladly book here again if I return to Fredrikstad.

Dirty, underbemanna hotel

By checking I get notified that you can't put anything in the room. Everything must be paid immediately. The room minibar is history. Minisafe pp room is unstable. After 3 nights there hasn't been a ***** in the room during the day. It's on the floor outside of the elevators. Several days old. No new hoodies. Absolutely zero daytime follow-up. Breakfast has cold eggs, coffee machine works sometimes and really not much boast.
The hotel looks like worn-out rooms messy and seems somewhat underbemanna. Really not recommended if you want quality for money

Can be recommended

Was at Christmas table with the job. Except for a long dinner night, this was a nice experience. Good food both in the evening and for breakfast. Nice temperature in the room, nice bed, delicate bath. The hotel itself is opaque and the hallways need renovation, but we know that will happen within a few years.
