Disappointingly poor service

We had cycled far and looked forward to dinner when we arrived. The disappointment was great when the kitchen was closed, although it was noted on the website and in the welcome mail that it should be open. We asked if it was possible to get something to eat, but the service was unfortunately very poor. We were referred to bike 2 miles extra to buy dinner, despite showing them the mail they had sent us.
