Short family Christmas visit

My wife and I stayed at Mitt Hotell in Moss for three nights just before Christmas. The hotel is fairly basic, but clean and no funny smells, and we slept well in the beds. Free parking in the hotel back yard is a plus, as is the free breakfast buffet. The breakfast was basig, but they had eggs and sausages, along with a basic assortment of bread and cereal. Centrally located hotel in the middle of the town, easy to find. My wife and I both agree we could stay here again if the need should arise.

Zero trust

Only when I got in, I got a bad feeling of the hygiene and the reception, then got a room 117, on the first floor, went in, poor light, bad smell, and old. I checked the mattress, then I got completely shocked, the mattress full of blood spots, and urine. Must leave the hotel immediately, slept in the car in my car, was much better

Horrible experience

Dirty and smelly hotel in general. No light in the lamps. Flammable outlet.
Hot refrigerator. Smelly room. Mugg in the shower. Smelled of hash in the bathroom. All three hangers. Noisy from other rooms, couldn't sleep. Would never sleep here again.
The facade of the building looks like it comes from the last century and could have been in the slums. Dropped the restaurant because the whole did so we lost the appetite.

My hotel in Moss

I stayed here for a shorter period in May and the beginning of June. The beds here seem good to sleep in and it's clean and tidy in common areas. The hotel is probably a bit tired and the price of around 1200 should have been somewhat lower. The breakfast is Basic. but still good. The reception staff have completely forgotten what service is. It is NOT the guest who is the center here. In the end, I am not satisfied with the hotel. It hurts me a little to say it. but I cannot recommend this hotel at this price. At the very least, the service at the reception needs to step up several notches.

A cold night

Very cold in the room, only one of two heaters worked, but this one made noise on and off all night. Were insects in the bathroom. Old hotel that needs an upgrade.
Trash cans full in the hallway. Little selection for breakfast, where the bread was dry.
