Hotel stay
Needs a refurbishment of rooms and hotel.
Little light in the bathroom. Not a light for a lady who wants to make up.
Glass door to the bathroom was twisted, could not be closed properly. The glass door was dirty, too.
Dust on the floor behind the chair in the room.
Specified menu on the website. Did not match the menu we got when we were going to eat at the hotel's restaurant.
Cosy staff at the hotel. Service.

Vi holder på og bytter lysene på rommene, så her skal det mye bedre å få sminket seg!

Great hotel with perfect location and top service.
The location is also absolutely super, with great views towards the sea which gives an extra tranquility to the stay. All in all a hotel I can highly recommend, and which I would love to visit again!

Poor customer service
Usually use Scandic Rock City in business context and host very satisfied so far.
Also used me of the booking list before and always got rooms.
I went by today to see if there were any rooms available, but then the two who sat in the reception didn't find my name anywhere. Oh that can mean only one thing that she who "set" me on the list yesterday. Didn't do it.
It is not useful at all!
It means that rooms that were vacant yesterday, if there were any, went to someone else
A big bulk in the reputation of the hotel when the staff do not do what they say they should.
