Beautiful location

Clean hotel woth polite warm staff, quiet rooms and beautiful beach in walking distance.
My bed wasn’t the one I paid for so caused me backache! Breakfast was limited and parking was so expensive!

Decent hotel but missold parking info - be careful

The parking info on the website is misleading at best and a flat out lie if I am honest. I was told that I could end up paying double or triple the amount for parking if I take my car out. Nobody knew the true status, and all everyone did - including the manager - was to apologise but nothing else. Really poor experience to feel trapped in the hotel unless you're ready to pay NOK200+ every time you want to go out for a couple of hours. The website of the hotel should be updated with the correct info - including the option to prepay for parking that then allows you to go in and out of the parking. This really spoiled my trip and left a bad taste, and the hotel staff acting helpless didn't help as they only mentioned it is managed by an external company so they can't do anything - really bad for a big brand like Radisson to say!

Raddison Blue Park Hotel, Oslo

Always good service, normally always automatic room upgrade for premium members. Breakfast is fantastic. Nice and quiet enviroment, close to bus transfer.

At this hotel, check-in takes 5-10 minutes per hotel guest, unfortunately we ate at the hotel restaurant and it took 60 minutes to get food after ordering and also rude staff.
We do not feel that this is a 4 star hotel, good rooms and nice premises, but the service level is not good

family Norway trip

It was very good family holiday stay in Norway. Super location close to Oslo. The receptionist EWA was extremely helpful and polite - excellent customer service. She made our family stay very pleasant. There is good Gym. Hotel is located in nice park area near to the sea - great for swimming and jumping into the water.
