Not good room!!!

Is not impressed, must say it is the worst hotel we have been at. Really needs refreshment in the room. Had every fine with glasses not cardboard cups in the room. Actually didn't want to take a shower. The only positive is a large fridge and good breakfast.

Chaos from other guests

Missed drying to both hands and body when checking in code to WiFi too. No info perm in the room. Desperate guests who can't get into their room over the evening. No thanks from the guard, when one clears up the chaos. Thanks from me.

Poor Hotel

Poor Hotel
The pictures show a dream place, but the reality is that this is a bog.
The beds are ok and the staff do their best.
But the truth is that the pictures lie about what the hotel is like.
The curtains are in danger of falling off. The paint is peeling and the TV has a poor signal.
Stay away from the Grand Hotel!

Quaint hotel that has been updated. Staff very helpful. You should know one uses staors to go to ypir room.Nice shower, comfortable bed. I love that the window opened.
