We strongly dissuade this hotel

Dusty rooms gave a bad first impression. It didn't get any better by the smell of sewage in the bathroom. The shower cabinet was so narrow that it was impossible to use the shower. It was simply too narrow to reach the shower. For the rest, so bad water pressure in the shower that it was useless in itself.
The hotel is in no way universally designed, which will create problems for the group of people who need some accommodation.
Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Røros has better alternative hotels that have a much higher standard

Good hotel!

We were very happy with our stay here. A bit expensive, but you get pretty much for the money at the same time. The very room we got was in good condition, only a small and outdated TV and a somewhat outdated bathroom that draws down. Otherwise it was large and nice, the staff was nice and helpful, the breakfast was above all expectations with both a small buffet and that you can order what you want directly to the chefs then make them it for free, with a wide range. The spa was a highlight for us as we took advantage of both days. Somewhat large, with both regular pool, cold tub, hot tub and div sauna as well as relaxing mattresses. Decent spa experience, and when we were here it was at least quiet and few people there, dimmed lighting and the possibility to order drinks and div, all for a cheap money. We are very happy with our stay here and will be happy to return.

Disappointing service and little helpful

Called the hotel to book a massage hour, unfortunately the receptionist couldn't help me and book an hour when she didn't show if there was free time or the masseur could take the treatment.
Get notified to send email, passed 3 days now and received no reply.
Taking the tour by the pub and ordered me a glass of wine, asked if I could take it down to the spa, because even if it wasn't massage time, I wanted a relaxing spa time. I was told that it was not allowed to bring glasses down to the spa, but I could scan the QR code down in the spa so I could get served alcohol down. I had just ordered that wine glass, the receptionist could offer and transfer the wine to a plastic glass or something else as they alike had alcohol serving down in the spa. It meant that I drank up the wine glass and thanked for me. Very poor service and little helpful receptionist who only sat in front of the PC in the resion!
This incident occurred on Wednesday 18.03.26
Have had a nice experience at the hotel from previous visits, but this trip was disappointing!

Comfortable though sometimes noisy

I stayed at this hotel in room with balcony 212.
The rooms have the code instead of the electronic keys.
Arriving early I could use the appropriate luggage storage.
The room was good size and clean.
The bathroom clean and the correct size with good products.
The balcony is a nice addition that allows you to spend time outdoors; more cleaning would be needed.
The weak point of this structure is the noise that can occur when people pass in the hallway and use the connection ports with other parts.
The breakfast is good and consists of a set of buffet and ordering via online menu.
More attention should be paid to the fact that the online menu is only partially translated into English.
Other attention should be paid to laundry trolleys; they should be placed most of the time in places other than the corridor for safety reasons.
