Above excellent

In a very good spot with an excellent view, the front rooms on the lake. The triple rooms are like suites with two bathrooms and two bedrooms!! The breakfast was very good.

Great hotel! Breakfast problems…

Breakfasts are always a high spot for us, and we usually try to sample as much as possible. Very good choices, but the hot food was never more than warm, even when service started. The best made scrambled eggs are pretty bad when they are almost cold.
Please bring the tea pots back!
However…we had our (super) breakfast disturbed almost every morning of our stay by breakfast room staff literally throwing used tableware in the containers they use for delivery to the kitchens. So noisy was this, that we tried to sit at a distance from the serving stations. One morning, we arrived in time for the start of service, and one of the waitresses was «putting out» extra cutlery at different places in the restaurant. The problem was that it was just after 7 am, all the customers were attempting to enjoy a beautiful, leisurely breakfast, and the lady at work seemed to be convinced that she was working in a prison canteen, such was her relaxed approach to throwing cutlery around. Had we been sitting any closer, I am convinced that the decibel meter app on my smart watch, would have sent an alert!
It also seems rather unfair that window tables were «reserved» for groups of 4, as there are surely not that many groups at the hotel.
Am hoping for a real human reply to this, as AI responses are starting to get tiring.

A very easy check in and extremely helpful staff. The room is very well designed and the bed is very comfortable!
Breakfast is excellent; lots of choice.
I would definitely stay here again.

Well-located hotel

Well-located, comfortable hotel with a large breakfast buffet. It would be even better with grapefruit juice. High price

Amazing hotel in a great location. The only issue we had with the place was a) the beds were too hard for our preference (we mitigated by bringing our own bedding up) and b) difficulty accessing the parking in the building next door. This could have been fixed by turning on the side access to the building, to avoid guests having to carry luggage down several flights of outside steps just to get to the reception.
