Amazing rafting

We had a wonderfull rafting experience whit our guide scot. He took good care of us and kept everybody save while going down the rapid river.

It was a bit confusing that we couldn't buy pizza at the restaurant because there was a private group there. Would have been helpful if this had been communicated at check in..
It would also be useful if the practical information provided on-site, such as the rules, general information, and the option to rent bed linen, were available on the booking site before arrival.
Parking situation was a bit weird as we were asked to park on the opposite side of the road.
We mainly used the property as a place to sleep and made use of the toilet facilities and the playground. For our needs, it was completely adequate.

Bad service on trollactive

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this activity center based on my experience. The service was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The power in our cabins went off constantly, forcing us to shift to other cabins in the middle of the night. Instead of taking responsibility for the error, the staff tried to push it as an 'upgrade' as if it was a favor. It was clearly their fault and it wasn't even acknowledged.
The kiosk had a minimal selection of food and the worst part was that they sold expired food without shame. When we pointed this out, they simply offered half price on the outdated items, which was an inadequate solution. The food on site was not inedible, but far from impressive.
Also, it was disappointing to find that although baths were included, there was an extra charge for hot water. This seems like an unnecessary and inappropriate extra cost.
On the positive side, the on-site activities were entertaining and of high quality. Unfortunately, they cannot compensate for the many disappointments and poor service that I experienced during my stay.
