Terible experience

Very terible experience When we booked online there is no say that the pool is closed under renovation. When we check in no one tell us. Then its ok for us we find other pool option outside. Then when we go inside the room..the room is closed not prepared, kitchen stove is not working. We are so hungry and we need to cooked..We call the desk and tell us that they will send someone but its almost 1hour. Still not fix the stove.TV also not working. Hope if they check in the guest the room should be prepared..Not how many times we will call the desk after we check in. Check the photo.

Very good atmosphere for family. Cean and comfortable rooms with international standards. Calm and quite place. Parking available. We can stay like our house. Restaurant closed but we can buy food from outside .

Value for money, good for extended families

We booked two bedroom apartment for two days during the weekend. Check in - check out was easy and simple. prices are cheaper compare to similar properties . Overall cleanliness needs to be improve. Quite area. Temperature of the pool were freezing cold. Lifeguard on duty had silly excuses every time when we inquire about the temperature. It was disappointing that we were unable to enjoy the pool during two days of stay.
