I do not recommend this hotel

The suite was well-appointed and offered excellent value for money. Unfortunately, an incident occurred that significantly impacted my stay: I completed check-out at 12:40, but discovered my charger was left behind in the room at 13:50. I promptly contacted the front desk to request a search for the item. Upon returning to the hotel at 17:00 to collect my luggage and inquire about the charger, the male staff member assigned to assist me made a cursory phone call and informed me that the charger could not be located. This experience has left me with the strong impression that items lost at this hotel are unlikely to be recovered, which is a major concern for travelers.

The hotel itself is clean with a pleasant atmosphere. Free 2 bottles of water every day. Coffee and dates in the lobby 24/7. Rich breakfast for a 3* hotel above standard. Nice and professional service. Especially the lady at the reception. Pleasant, she helped with anything. 10/10 The impression of the hotel is a bit spoiled by the construction and dusty surroundings right next door. Otherwise, for me, the price/performance ratio is good.

Very Rude Reservation agent - Not recommended

i am booking direct with the hotel through their reservation no., first i called and the lady who answers is not friendly nor nice at all, then via whatsapp booking was ok but surprisingly when i was amending my booking, her reply was extremely inefficient and unprofessional and very rude, she did not even bother herself to check my request before replying. I really don't recommend this hotel. I am reconsidering staying at this hotel.
