Pleasant staying
It’s an excellent choice whether you’re on a business trip or a family vacation. The staff are polite and welcoming, the rooms are clean, and the entire hotel smells fresh and pleasant.
The location is fantastic, with Al Mouj walkway just nearby, where you can take a stroll, enjoy the atmosphere, and experience a taste of Omani life.

The hotel is in an excellent location and the service is provided by very helpful young staff. I hope some of the negative aspects will be addressed.

1. The air conditioning isn't working in the hallway. I was on the 7th floor.
2. Not all hygiene items, such as toothbrushes, are available in the room.
3. The smell of breakfast permeates the entire hotel.
4. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and does not match the hotel's quality; it consists of two single beds combined.
5. The pillows are incorrect and uncomfortable; they are too light.
