Thanks to the Amazing Team!

I’ve stayed here a couple of times for business, and honestly, you guys never miss. Huge shoutout to the amazing staff — the lady at the reception Afdafel… and yes, I’m deeply sorry if I butchered the spelling of your name, please don’t ban me from checking in next time . Mr. Mansur, Mr. Martin, and the housekeeping superstar Sangeeta were all incredibly helpful and kind. You all made my stay so good I might pretend I have more business trips just to come back. Thank you, team!

Excellent cost performance, recommended if staying in Luwi

It is located in an easy-to-understand location, less than 10 minutes walk from Luwi bus stop. It's a beautiful hotel on the outside, with an atrium in the middle of a large lobby, rooms around it, a swimming pool and a fully equipped gym, making it a top-notch hotel. Although the reservation site had three stars, it actually had a four-star display, which is equivalent to that. The room is big enough and the bed is big enough. The bathroom is large and I'm happy to have a bathtub. The internet said the water was lukewarm, but when I served it for a long time, it was hot enough. There are no amenities, including a toothbrush, and the bike has a secondary compartment. Wifi was fine. Although facing a busy main street, the rooms on the mountain side were quiet. In the centre of Luwi, less than a 10-minute walk away, there is a large super Nesco and Lulu mall, as well as many restaurants and shops. However, the restaurant is mostly Indian. The non-refundable plan allows you to stay very cheaply and the cost is very good. If you want to stay in Luwi, which is convenient for sightseeing by bus, this is the hotel.

Helpful staff, clean and convenient place

The staff were very helpful and responsive.
They accommodated my stay extension and helped return my laundry in time.

バス停や繁華街に近くて便利だし、部屋も綺麗でした。
そして何より、スタッフの対応が親切で、延泊の要望や急ぎの要件にも柔軟に対応してもらえてとても助かりました。
拙い英語にも関わらず辛抱強く対応してくれて本当に感謝です。

Dinner Outing

We had a great dinner outing(two days) with my colleagues & the service was an exceptional in both the days.
This was our 3rd visit here.Generally the food was great & staffs were very friendly too.
Special thanks to Chitta(F&B Manager) for assisting me on this.
