Most horrible stay.

Very disappointing experience. The biggest issue was the lack of communication from the staff. We were given incorrect information about the breakfast buffet. Before booking, we specifically asked what was included and were told it would be a buffet breakfast, but we were only served eggs and bread. Had we been informed correctly, we would have made a different decision.
We also faced maintenance issues in the room and found the enforcement of hotel policies to be inconsistent. Overall, the service was unprofessional and far below expectations.
I raised all of these concerns with the Duty Manager, Iqra. She took the initiative to offer us complimentary food and assured us that she would escalate the complaint and keep me copied on the email. Unfortunately, that commitment was never followed through, which added to my disappointment.
I hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves its communication, transparency, and customer service.

Piece of poop seriously, im calling on pool side ptcl but that rat is picking up the call and hanging up continuously, change the guy who take the call.

Bad experience!!

PIA gave us this hotel because they canceled our transit flight to Muscat. The room was fine without a ceiling fan but their was an AC. The toilet was dirty. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and they gave us 1 king size bed. No mineral water to drink. No soap in the toilet. And the food in the restaurant, buffet with 2-3 dishes, not good at all. I will never recomend this hotrl to anyone. Only thing nice of the airport hotel it was near the airport.

Hotel management not allowed staying of siblings in a single twin bed room

I visited the hotel with my cousin for staying during a layover of 8 hours for a transit flight. The deputy manager on booking counter didn't allowed us to book a twin bed room saying he needs Nikah document (marriage documents) as proof of being married couple else you have to book to separate rooms, even being cousins or brother sister can't get a twin bed room accordingly the deputy manager. Terrible experience, we had to move to other hotel after this worst customer service by hotel management.

DISGUSTING

I’ve been to many hostels around the world and this is BY FAR the most disgusting one I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t beleive that the PIA staff wasn’t ashamed to give us a room in those conditions. I think it’s disrespectful and it surprises me coming from an international airline. I stayed overnight with my friend because we had 14 hour lyover in Karachi. And I would have much rather stayed sleeping at the airport. We had to “sleep” in the chairs in the room- my friend got one hour of sleep and I had none. Tye beds had VISIBLE bed bugs and countless hairs. The sheets were absolutely disgusting. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months or a year. The bathroom was so gross we didn’t even shower. A NIGHTMARE. A place like this shouldn’t be allowed to be functioning. It’s a health hazard.
