Wonderful hotel. Great value for money

I stayed at Hotel Park Heritage for about two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The service was outstanding, the staff were very friendly, and the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, with a great complimentary breakfast and good room service. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access the city center and surrounding areas. For the price, the value is excellent—perfect for anyone on a budget who still wants quality and comfort. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Worst hotel

I stayed here for three days and it was one of the worst experiences in my life.
I am a traveler and I've experienced many 2 star hotels but this was one of the poorest services
1. Unhygienic, the bed was dirty.
2. No hot water available to shower in winters
3. No food available in the restaurant you have to order it from outside.
4. They charge 4000PKR a day and trust me their rooms are not even close to 1000PKR
In this range you can live in good hotels within lahore like gulberg greens and bahria
5. Lastly, their parking was dirtiest with nails on the ground which punctured my tire from 7 places.
6. AND THEIR ROOM SERVICE WAS PATHETIC. HAVE TO CALL 3 TIMES TO REMIND WHATEVER FACILITY YOU'VE ASKED FOR. P. S many of their intercoms were not even working.

Lahore visit

Great value for money, courteous staff with descent food and location, guy named nafees on reception was amazing helped us with planning and always well mannered, also got to mention Rashid very helpful and always smiling . All round great service and defo value for money.

Absolutely pathetic place
Disgracefull and highly immoral staff
And to top it all off the most embarrasing management
It is there at a very below average location in lahore and is overly priced
Compared to all the other hotels lahore has to offer this is probably the worst one an individual could seriously select
So dont make the mistake i did unfortunately
