Naran Visit

I visited last week our stay in Fairy meadow was wonderful experience... Staff was excellent... warm water .. neat and clean room. Internet was not working properly otherwise it was a excellent experience.

Type of service and staff in fairy meadows hotel naran

The experience was so bad.The staff was unethical, specially the manager(jameel). He has no manners that how to talk.when I complained about the bad services he gave no response.He also gave unlogical answers like you didn't gave us the room keys so we couldn't give you accessories like a soap.There was not even a fan in the hotel and they charge rupees 15000 for this type of service.BTW the owner was good and polite.

Loved the stay.

We had a reservation at another hotel but upon checking this place out. We decided to stay here because this place was CLEAN and we love hygienic places. It's fairly new and brightly lit. It vibes of a chill, place and offers a buffet breakfast which isn't included in the the tariff though.
