This is always a great place to stay if you want to stay close to the Causeway. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We had a great two night stay!

Rooms 113 or 115 view of a roof not ocean as booked

Recently stayed at this Hotel. We had booked ocean view rooms and had messaged multiple time to ensure we had a view as this was the last night of a very special trip. We had a garbage ridden view of a broken don clay roof, no chairs on our patio and when we went down to use the pool it was cloudy, dirty and smelled foul. I was disappointed as the rest of the hotel was beautiful and location was great. Sadly they would not refund our stay either after lengthy discussion.

Poorly managed.

It is not adjusted for high occupancy; at breakfast time, the staff is overwhelmed by the number of people, and on the last day, they assigned my room when I had not yet checked out.

The staff was friendly, but the rooms was extremely old and there was mold in the room. Additionally, when I did the booking, I asked if it was possible to provide a room with view over the canal. Once I arrived and asked for it, they said no right away, even though there was plenty of rooms available. Which was quite disappointing, especially as it was me and my girlfriend’s last night.
The rest of the staff at the hotel was very friendly and had great customer service skills.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Close to Casca, quick uber ride. Staff very friendly, bed very comfortable!
