Awful

There were ants in the shower and room was dirty. We had a boat scheduled for zip lining so sprayed shower with repellent and left. When we got back still ants and bugs. No lights in hallway. Told manager we could not stay there. They were extremely rude, give me the f'n money. We paid for the night but left right away

Felt a little cheated

When arriving the owner tried to tell us that we didn't have a booking even though I clearly saw my name in his papers. They had overbooked the place during new years and wanted to send us away. I saw three other customers with similar problems during our stay. The room is just a bed and a tiny night stand. Every morning we had to argue that the breakfast is included as confirmation stated. Place is not a hotel and not worth more than 15-20$ a night. Would have changed the place but the whole island was fully booked.

Worst experience eve

I would say that it was the worst experience ever. When we arrived the owner Edwin had already rented our room to another guest. The place is horrible and the breakfast was included for one day and really disgusting. There's no wifi even though they offered and the place is the worst ever! So dirty I got sick, I was there for 3 nights and no one ever went to clean the room, bathroom or change the towels. Don't ever go there!

Not a hotel

This described itself as a hotel but was nothing more than a shack. The TV was tiny and did not work and the room was a bare mattress on the bed with one sheet and a shower that had wires hanging out of it. The whole town was just a shanty town and we felt very unsafe and so left again without even staying the night.

Not worth the money

We arrived at the hotel and the room was quite bare and uninviting and the bathroom wasn't great. There was no communal space and the hotel in general did not feel like a hotel. For the price we were paying we expected much more - definitely overpriced for what you get.
