The location was great, super walkable to a bunch of restaurants, bars and cafes. The hotel was clean and well maintained.

The hotel had sort of a renovated industrial field nice open courtyard. It was a perfect location close to the old town and great restaurants very convenient. Staff was wonderful. They had a pool which was accessible between 11 and four then it became a high-end restaurant I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent location in old Panama City. Staff was great. My room was small and the shower flooded the bathroom. Staff was great and gave me a new room and the shower was great and no flooding the bathroom. No hair dryers in either room.

Absolutely terrible. Avoid this hotel like the plague. I paid online ahead of time and when I came to check in they had said I didn’t pay and refused to give me a room. I showed them my receipt, my booking id, and even my bank statement and the lady refused to believe and was incredibly rude. After talking to Hotels.com they tried to call the lady working front desk and she refused to pick up even though I told her they would call her. They ended up booking me a new hotel so I told her this and tried to leave. She then LOCKED ME IN and refused to open the door until I paid a “cancellation fee” even though I didn’t cancel in the first place. I had to pay for the room AGAIN just to leave this crazy lady and establishment. The place looked run down and was in a worse location that pictures described. Would give 0/5 stars if I could, absolutely terrible do not recommend.
