The staff was amazing and so responsive -- they truly are very impressive going up and down all the stairs, and located a lost passport. Having the rooftop bar in the hotel was a perk -- we did not expect it to be as fun as it was!! Loved it.

Claudia was just AMAZING to help me with my booking. When we got to the hotel, she remembered my from our chat on WhatsApp and had the room (huge room two floors) ready for us (my husband and three kids and I). When I asked her if I can do laundry, without hesitation she took our huge load and took care of it. The clothes came back to the room very nice cleaned and folded. The location is pretty nice around the old town and the area is starting to grow and be more trendy and renovated. The views from the roof are amazing. The staff is super friendly. The place was very clean and very nicely decorated- if you like small boutiques that has a special style and vibe, this is the place. Can’t recommend enough stating there and specially allowing Claudia to manage it. She’s the best!

Cool old place right in the middle of the old town.

I arrived at 11 PM. The front desk staff was not there. The security guard was running around the hotel trying to locate the worker 15 minutes later he came down.
Damn, he tried to charge my credit card again when I had told him I already paid and booked online.
The property was nice close to a lot of restaurants. The only thing it was not any hot water

​My partner and I recently stayed at The Oasis Hotel on a Thursday and Friday night, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
​The highlight of our stay was definitely the room. It was incredibly spacious—honestly more like a little apartment than a standard hotel room. It was fully equipped with everything we needed to use it as a home base, including a kitchen that allowed us to cook. While the hotel has a bit of a "dated" feel, it didn't take away from the experience at all; in fact, it added a wonderful layer of character and authenticity that made us feel even more connected to the local area.
​Before booking, I had read a few reviews mentioning noise from the rooftop bar. While we were there during the end of the week, I personally didn’t notice it at all unless I was specifically straining to listen for it. It certainly didn’t impact our comfort in the slightest.
​What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. We worked primarily with a wonderful lady at the front desk. Even though I don’t speak Spanish and they didn't speak English, we were able to communicate perfectly. They went above and beyond to look after every request we had, ensuring we were well taken care of. Their hospitality and effort to make our stay wonderful were truly impressive.
​We had a fantastic time and will definitely be returning!
