Above and beyond helpful

Justina is lovely! Extraordinarily helpful and creative - genuinely wants to look after her guests. I left something valuable behind and couriering to Canada was going to be super expensive. Justina found a local who had a Canadian visitor and asked them to bring it home and mail it to me. Amazing!

Very bad.

The place is well located next to the jungle, but the house is old smells of dust and wood, the super hot sheets Justina is very very bad hostess, hardly and greets, was kinder to us the gentleman they have to wash the bathrooms, gave us precise directions back to Panama City. There are actually better stays.

Very clean and great vibes!

Had an amazing stay here, very good vibes and lots of games that you can play. Cristina is amazing and very helpful and the place is always kept very clean. The place is a stones throw from a nice beach and restaurants.

Not recommendable

The place is beautiful and nice but the owner is not very friendly or welcoming. I do not recommend.
The room was very very basic and expensive : no airco and no private bathroom. ....................

Amazing place, cleanest hostel I've been to!

Macondo hostel is a very charming place perfectly situated in the lush jungle just off the main walkway. Stayed there for a week and loved it. Very clean, quiet, big kitchen with all you need. Justina is a fantastic host and super helpful with everything. Muchas gracias!
