Solid Option in Asuncion
The Good...bed was on the firmer side but comfortable, pillow selection, a/c functioning, breakfast, and the beautiful outdoor patio area.
The not so good...signage to the hotel is lacking, especially for the entrance to the parking area in the back (unmarked green portón) which is on the street behind the hotel (hotel spans the block front to back). Also, front desk was not always responsive to whatsapp messages or calls to open the gate. The only other things I can find to complain about are small (room details/cosmetic).
They have a restaurant connected to the hotel called Musiú, but we didn't try it. It is definitely upscale with guests dressing their very best and was packed on Friday and Saturday nights. I would consider Las Lomas Casa Hotel for a future stay in Asuncion.
