Love it! Cute hotel right in the middle of the historic center and one of the busiest streets, plenty of restaurants and bars to walk to right on the same street. Would definitely stay here again!

The front desk staff, cleaners, and restaurant including the keyboard player were all fantastic. This location is a phenomenal value and perfectly located for your stay in Arequipa.

Very clean and convenient, centrally located, within walking distance to main Plaza and historical sites. Can be a noisy early in the morning and late in the evening.

Ignore the grumpy staff and try to make the best of it

I arrived a bit early from a long distance bus ride. I was told rooms were available. I asked if they could show me a room - the front desk clerk refused to show the room (there was a bell boy standing by, and already clean rooms were available to view). The clerk was not friendly at all - no smiles. She just showed me a picture of a room using her phone.
The hotel room was quiet at night. Room size was adquate. The location is walking distance to many tourist attractions.
