Staff was great, typical breakfast served. Bed comfortable, shower hot. Rooms could use a little updating, but great value for the cost.

Perfect accommodation in a central location!

We have been pampered by the very nice owner and his team. The breakfast was excellent, the rooms extremely clean and cozy, the location perfect (10 min walk to Plaza de Armas), a safe area with many good eateries, supermarkets and cafes. We can recommend La Casa De Theo without restriction, we were even there twice in a row, did the Colca Canyon tour in between and our suitcases were stored and were already in the new room upon our arrival after the tour. The packed lunch we overheard when we had to leave for the tour at 3am was the most extensive we have received so far in Peru. Perfect hosts!!

Excellent place to enjoy Arequipa

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Ideally located in a quiet street and close to activities to do. The welcome is very friendly and attentive. The rooms are comfortable and clean, hot water 24/7.
The exteriors are also very beautiful and perfect for resting.
Breakfast is hearty and healthy.

Perfect Stay

Excellent service, I couldn't enjoy the breakfast they offered me because I rested so peacefully that I didn't want to get out of bed. The service was very efficient, the room was impeccable, the hygienic services were also available, I was able to enjoy a warm hot shower and get ready to continue working.
