Excellent choice for long-term corporate stays

I stayed for 1 full month for a technical consulting project and the experience was extremely productive. For those traveling for work, striking a balance between functionality and hospitality is key, and this hotel does.
The best for the business traveler:
Connectivity and Space: Wi-Fi was stable throughout, which was vital for my virtual meetings and project management. Rooms are spacious and feature a comfortable desk that makes daily work easier.
Personalized attention: The staff is exceptional. They were always willing to help with receiving packages and documents, a critical detail when you are away from your base office for so long.
Strategic Location: It is in the heart of the shopping area. Although the environment is very active, the convenience of having everything at hand (banks, services and restaurants) compensates for the movement of the area.
Additional Services: My breakfast was American ideal to start the day early and the same and but they have other options to ask. Also, something essential for a 30-day stay.
If you are looking for a place in Cajamarca where you feel supported by the hotel team while meeting your professional goals, Balcones Plaza is the right choice. I will definitely be back on my next assignment.

A quiet, safe place with good service.

The hotel has very nice and pleasant environments, comfortable, well-equipped, and clean rooms.
The breakfast was very good and was included with the room payment.
The service is top-notch in all hotel services.

CAJAMARCA CARNIVAL 2024

The comment is based on my experience. The location is in a commercial area very close to the main square and the central market, the hotel is in a very good location, it has good details in its decoration, beautiful common areas, for sure. But the room we had did not correspond to the advertisement, it was smaller and different from what was seen on AIRBNB, they mentioned that it was first come, first served, which should not be since one reserves according to what one sees on AIRBNB, keep in mind Consider this and consult with the hotel to avoid future inconveniences. There were other small details that can be improved so that the guest has a better experience.

A beautiful hotel

The ladies who served us were very friendly from start to finish, always attentive and cordial. The room is always in excellent state of hygiene and very complete. The breakfast was equally excellent and delicious, especially the Cajamarca bread.
It was a warm and peaceful stay, I felt at home. Thank you very much and happy new year to all of you.

A pleasant experience

It is located in a strategic place, close to all tourist areas.
The receptionist lady is very friendly, with a always pleasant attitude. Since we arrived we have always felt safe because the area is quiet and safe even if there is a market.
It is a fact that when we return to Cajamarca we will return there.
