We traveled to Cajamarca for our anniversary, and had an amazing time. The hotel is very cozy....look at what nice pictures of the anniversary breakfast.
The tours left the Jr. Bethlehem crossing with Amalia Puga, super close to our hotel.

Hotel rate does not merit the price of the room
THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL IS GOOD AND SAFE.
The STAFF SERVICE IS VERY WARM, ALL STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY.
ABOUT THE FACILITIES, IT DOES NOT DESERVE THE COST THEY CHARGE. DOOR LOCKS COST TO OPEN AND CLOSE, STILL USE KEYS. THE ROOMS ARE VERY SIMPLE FOR WHAT THEY CHARGE, THEY STILL USE THOSE TIGER-LIKE BLANKETS THAT THEY SHELTER IF BUT YOU DO NOT FEEL THAT THEY ARE CHANGED AFTER YOU HAVE USED THE ROOM. TV'S NOT RIGHT. YOU SEE STRIPES WHEN YOU WATCH YOUR SHOW. THE CONTROL THE ON AND OFF FUNCTION DID NOT WORK. YOU MUST MAKE IT MANUAL. THE NIGHT TABLE LAMPS DISCONNECTED AND THERE WERE NO OUTLETS TO PLUG IN. ANNEX TO CALL RECEPTION WAS IN THE CLOSET. YOU SHOULD STAND TO USE IT INSTEAD OF BEING CLOSE TO BED FOR YOUR COMFORT. IF YOU ENTER AFTER 10PM YOU MUST ENTER THROUGH ANOTHER DOOR. IT'S NOT COMFORTABLE FOR THE GUEST. THEY HAVE NO SAFE DEPOSIT BOX TO KEEP HIGH VALUE BELONGINGS. AND DURING MY ONLY NIGHT THERE BECAUSE I DIDN'T LIKE THE HOTEL, YOU CAN HEAR VERY CLEAR THE BULL FROM THE UPSTAIRS ROOMS. THEY JUMPED AND YOU HEAR A LOT OF THE NOISE.

Perfect location, excellent services
The hotel location is perfect, close to the main square, souvenir shops, restaurants, and coffee places. The rooms are good, the restaurant is nice, and the staff is wonderful. They even celebrate your birthday, that's an awesome detail!

The staff was very caring and continously available to assistvour needs. The hotel facilities are well mantained and pleasing. just would like to reccomend that the breakfast include more daily variations and that the restaurant open also for lunch.
