Well...

I loved the room, it was all clean, the only thing I did not like is that the elevator has no air conditioning and all the smells of people felt very strong.

can improve

The location is excellent because it is in the center and you can get to know the center of the city, the breakfast is adequate, but read the confirmations they gave me a cost and because I was in a hurry I did not read the confirmation message that the rate was higher. The hygiene of the bedding was what bothered me the most, perhaps it was something fortuitous. But very friendly staff

Location & pleasant staff

Pleasant staff. We were moves to a better room because wifi didnt work in ours (no extra charge). One evening-receptionist offered to help us with phone calls for changing a hotel reservation.
Wifi and water temperatures were erratic but this is rather usual.
Breakfast (to order) was chaotic and we skipped it after the first day. There is a menu of about 20 things of which you are supposed to choose 2, but the waiting person kept offering egg only and we had to keep asking for a second plate and the status of the orders.
The location is pleasant. The center, mayor bus companies and hipermercado are close.

A serviceable, well-located hotel with very helpful staff

I spent 2 nights at Hotel Mochiks in early May, and was very grateful to the helpful staff who facilited an early check-in after an overnight bus, helped arranged various taxis, resolved a misunderstandings with a tour agency, and generally made me feel welcome.
The hotel is very well located, just a few blocks from Chiclayo’s main square and in an area with a number of restaurants.
My room was nothing special, but it was clean and serviceable – lots of counter space in both the bedroom and bath, lots of hot water, and a comfortable bed – it met my needs!
Breakfast, included in my room rate, was very tasty.

A pleasant stay

Great location very near to the bus terminal, Metro supermarket and the main square. Service staff were friendly. My room was simple but very clean and organised. It's one of the few hotels to provide hair conditioner as part of the toiletries too. You have to request for a hairdryer at the front desk if you need one though. WiFi in my room was great (room 502). And breakfast was simple but enough. Will recommend.
